All payments via credit/debit card only. MODIFICATIONS: Strictly prohibited (no tinting, decals, part changes). Car must be returned as received. CROSS-BORDER: - Oman only (with NOC from Indigo, AED 350 fee) - All other countries: strictly not allowed ADDITIONAL DRIVER: - Daily: AED 20/day, Weekly: AED 15/week, Monthly: AED 10/month - Same age/license requirements as primary driver - Must be registered at pickup LOST BELONGINGS: Indigo not responsible. DOCUMENTS AT PICKUP: - Sign: Rental Agreement, KYC Form, Cardoo Consent (if 0-deposit) - Bring: Valid license, Emirates ID/Passport, Credit/Debit card AGE & LICENSE: - Minimum age: 23 years - License must be held for 1+ year - RESIDENTS (Emirates ID holders): MUST have a valid UAE driving license. International license is NOT valid if you hold Emirates ID — you are a resident, not a tourist. - TOURISTS (visit visa holders): Can use International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their home country license + passport + visit visa. - IMPORTANT: Some countries' local licenses are NOT accepted even with IDP.
