Refund Policy

**Eligibility for Refunds** 

i. If Indigo Icon fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline, provided that the client has not caused delays in providing necessary deliverables (information or data), the client may request a partial or full refund, depending on the scope of work completed.

ii. Refunds will not be issued for milestones that have already been completed and delivered to the client. Once a milestone is marked as complete and notified, the associated payment is non-refundable.

iii. The initial payment made at the start of the project is non-refundable. This fee covers ideation, brainstorming, competitor analysis, resource allocation, and drafting the service agreement.

**Conditions for No Refunds** 

i. Clients are not eligible for a refund if they fail to provide the required Business Account details for the Google Play Store and Apple App Store before app submission, causing deployment delays.

ii. Clients are not eligible to cancel the project (due to reasons such as a change of mind, disagreement with a partner, or reasons unrelated to the service) and request a refund once the project has commenced.

iii. Clients are not eligible for a refund if delays in the project are due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information, content, or feedback in a timely manner.

iv. Clients are not eligible for a refund if they remain out of contact or unresponsive for more than 14 business days.

v. If Indigo Icon identifies or is informed that another company or developer has been approached for the same project, the client will no longer be eligible for a refund.

vi. Refunds will not be provided once final deliverables have been submitted to the client following their request.

vii. Clients cannot request refunds for services such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, Domain Registration, Web Hosting, Trademark, Copyright, or Provisional Patent. These services are non-refundable.

viii. Refunds will not be granted if the client requests revisions due to incomplete or unclear creative briefs, demands a complete design overhaul, or if the refund request is made outside the given refund request timeframe. Refunds will also not be granted if the business is closing or undergoing a name change.

ix. In the case of websites, refunds are not available once the client approves the design and the website proceeds to development.

x. In the case of logos, refunds will not be provided once the client shares positive feedback on revisions and the design is sent for final delivery.

xi. Refunds are not applicable to work outsourced to third parties.

xii. Any costs incurred for third-party services or products used for the project (e.g., stock images, API subscriptions) are non-refundable.

**Review and Evaluation Process** 

Upon receiving a refund request, Indigo Icon will thoroughly review the case. Additional information or documentation from the client may be required. The review process may take up to 15 business days.

**Calculation of Refund Amount** 

The refund amount will be calculated based on the volume of work completed up to the refund request date, excluding completed milestones and the initial payment.

**Note:**

Indigo Icon reserves the right to hold or reject any project or cancel a contract when deemed necessary. After a refund or dispute is processed, the client forfeits any rights to use the designs, which will become the sole property of Indigo Icon.

This Refund Policy is an integral part of the service agreement and is enforceable under applicable laws.

To request a refund, please email us at info@indigoicon.com. Our billing department will respond promptly after receiving the request. The process will begin once the necessary analysis is completed.
